I’ve been a client-facing contributor to a CX project for a federal agency, focused on simplifying critical services. I led user research to understand diverse needs among employees and external users, elevating insights to executives. With a service design approach, I evaluated customer journeys to improve experiences across touchpoints. I also applied UI design principles to create intuitive, consistent interfaces, making it easier for users to complete tasks.
“Hannah is a truly impressive Accenture employee and I am very grateful that she is part of my team. She is super smart, has wonderful interpersonal skills and has an impressive work ethic. I am so grateful for her hard work and value add. She is wonderful representative of your company.”
“Hannah has taken on and excelled at a wide variety of tasks including conducting comprehensive current state research, designing interview guides and leading interviews with subject matter experts, and synthesizing vast amounts of complex data in meaningful ways. Hannah has also exhibited the confidence to share those insights with clients and senior leadership, by whom her poise and prowess is recognized.”
“Hannah remains not only a valuable but a critical member of our team. She has continued to demonstrate the ability to master difficult, nuanced subject matter and combine that with human-centered research and insights to create compelling briefs that have allowed clients to qualitatively and quantitatively measure the effectiveness of their efforts. Client-side SMEs have regarded this ability highly, noting Hannah’s efforts as “excellent” and “remarkable. This has also contributed to clients securing additional funding as the team’s contributions served as the “missing link they didn’t know they needed” in being able to do so.”
“Working off slides, with no notes, you convey compelling, complex content succinctly, with confidence and clarity that kept everyone engaged.”
